good things

my dad just left today after spending 6 days in vancouver. he was here for a few meetings with EMAS. but he stayed at my place (which is actually his place).

when he came, he brought all these goodies from my family (like 2 sweet looking shirts from HK-the-shopping-capital and dried mangos and a VCD). and when he was here, he treated me to dinner/lunch every day (we had such good food). he'd wake up early with me and cook me breakfast. and when he left, he left my fridge and kitchen full of good food.

what a blessing my dad is. he totally spoiled me while he was here.

it reminds me of the passage in... (hm, can't remember it off the top of my head... looking up at gateway.com) luke 11.
