delight

i love how that word sounds, especially in this verse.

As for the saints who are in the land,
they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight.
~Psalm 16:3~

God DELIGHTS in His children, and that includes me! when He sees me, He's delighted. let's find a defintion for this word (dictionary.com here we come)... delight: Something that gives great pleasure or enjoyment or joy. i give God pleasure, enjoyment, and joy! wow. isn't that something? it makes me feel so valuable, gives me a sense of worth.

an old friend, keilani, emailed me today, and this was her blessing for me: "I pray that the Father would wrap His arms around you, give you a big hug and plunge you into the river of His love... and that you'll be forever changed by His acceptance and delight in you!"

awesome! i was so blessed by her words. they built me up and edified me.
